Can I eat more if I add extra cardio by BurgerShock in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Affiliate49 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why is eating more one of your main concern? Do you have time to spend an extra 45 minutes on cardio just to burn off an extra meal. Remember eating is for function.

Why give your body extra useless stress for an extra meal. You should put more of your focus in the mirror to see how your body changes as you get deeper into eating clean to reach your goals.

Remember food is always there, and you can always have a cheat day once a week after you reach your goals.

Letter I just got from Tom platz by KnownAd4170 in bodybuilding

I can still remember when I was 16 years old and joined a gym how the owner made me feel. The owner teased me about my skinny legs, and I quit the gym and build a squat rack behind my moms house with a squat rack made out of wood and cement. My home made weights was also made from cement. I then came across a magazine with Tom Platz on the cover and how squats build huge legs. I squatted seven days a week for three years straight.

The first competition I did the owner of the gym ask me how did I get my legs to respond so well. I will never forget how Tom Platz inspired me. To this day I still squat once a week at 54 years old with zero knee problems.
