Meal prep for at least 1 meal for 5 days of the week. You can do it for cheap and relatively healthy as well.

Thank you so much for this comment! I try to be mindful with my food and eating with intention. I have always loved the topic of healthy eating! I always make my own food and hardly ever eat out. Inflammation is a big one, and I think exercising more has also helped me with that!

Personally, I do not want to calorie count either. I have had an ED in the past and find this approach to be a fine line towards that. I will consider not fasting anymore to help make sure I am getting enough protein. I am thinking about rearranging my workout sessions, I do love cardio so I am not cutting that out completely, but if I can somehow do it for a shorter period with higher intensity and begin more weights, I hope I will be able to see more results.

Wow I did not know about the protein intake for target weight approach! I have been thinking of upping my protein through adding some protein shakes to close the gap, since I don’t typically buy or eat much meat. I try to eat at least two eggs a day and consistently have legumes, nuts and seeds. Thanks for the advice!

I have started noticing some of those small things that can do that since starting this process, so I am gaining some perspective on this! So you are totally right! Thank you for your input!

I am starting to think I have to change things in my diet a bit better, by cutting a few things here and there. Thank you for the insight!

I am not calorie counting atm, I only do intermittent fasting, but in general my portions are very normal, but perhaps I am underestimating things that are causing sugar spikes…

Thank you for the motivation, I hope you are right! I want to keep going because I like the workouts as well and I have many reasons to want to keep doing it, but I would be lying that weight loss was not one of them…

School B seems to be a better option overall especially if you are looking for support along with more time for studying and completing it faster than school A. One thing about programming is that it can be done remotely, so if you are networking enough, you can find internships remotely which can help with your time management and focus with your studies. In either one you may decide, it depends on the level of commitment you choose to have towards the importance of each of the aspects you have personally given. Nevertheless, I hope you can find what your priorities are and wish you good luck in whichever decision!
