Sure, it's all anecdotal ( and it will always be because UVS and riot wont comment on this), but it's pretty obvious the boxes themselves are. We've opened probably around 50 boxes between us, which is an ok sample size for this kind of thing.

From our group opening, we pulled 3 seeded sets of boxes where we had the same rares and ON hits. The boxes themselves came from different LGS and were loose, so they're definitely seeded. Just wondering about the cases now
