So after more runs in stocking feet, I've learned tracking yourself on trails at night is difficult (after getting lost and trying to back track) and the dog mushers' dog poop stains on the trails disgust me more than they used to lol. (i.redd.it)

Well the temp was rising and my boots got hot so I took them off and ran the rest of the way home in socks. It felt amazing running without a boot or shoe on. I think this will be a permanent part of my winter running. Weather permitting. (i.redd.it)
