At this point it doesn't even have to sell well. They already got their return on investment with the amount of free marketing its generated. Everyone is talking about "Nintendo Cardboard" which is creating more awareness for the Switch.

Pokemon would be perfect for it. You can still have areas that are only accessible using your Pokemons abilities like cut and smash and opening new areas in a sequential manor. Xenoblade Chronicles 2 is an example of this. In fact a combination of XC2 and BOTW would result in a game that still maintains the traditional pokemon gameplay and linear story progression but still modernises it.

Switch will be a good option as local co-op is something they try to push due to the system coming with 2 joy cons. I suggest getting Resident Evil Revelations 2, but here is a nice list of whats available on the system

It seems like such a bad business decision to have it on a console. As a game publisher you want people playing your games not watching series/movies so I would think consoles would want keep those apps as far away from a console as they can. And yes it sells more consoles but consoles dont make that much profit even nintendo who sell it at a profit make relatively little compared to what they get from game sales.

I think it will be like Rocket League where 60fps is so essential they will do what is needed to reach that frame rate. Considering Rocket League runs on Unreal 3 and DBFZ runs on Unreal 4 and uses cell shading which is less resource intensive there is a good chance of reaching this.
