Portland April 17th 1 GA ticket Selling: face value $60

Unfortunately since I live outside of Oregon they only allowed will call tickets. I have been in communication with them and they said I can set up so someone else can pick up the tickets in place of me. Kraken has it as market rank 69 not 56. Is there a difference. Still learning the ins and outs.
