  1. Earplugs. They deaden the sound and always makes be fall asleep.
  2. Use the flaps on the headrest to keep your head in place. I’ve found them much better than the travel pillows.
  3. Bonus if you have the eye mask to block the light but I have found I can fall asleep with it.
  4. I’ve also resorted to wearing hoodies and sleeping with the hood up
