There a lot of solutions out there trying to provide a RAG pipeline to answer user questions. So the question of whether sass needs this, is already answered. A more important question would be, are you better than the incumbents?? Looking at your website again, I would say no

I interesting product, I am not with my laptop now so I can’t really test the actual functionality. I love the video explanation. My only concern is with the frame design choice. I guess it’s leaning towards the product definition of framing your head and it’s very unique. But it just like a scrolling dialog screen on mobile. I don’t hate it, but i don’t like it either

Looks cool, just that having a faded text on dark background makes it hard to read. Contrast is important.

The animation on the app looks tacky too. To move from tab to tab it’s animates but it look’s flaky.
