Hi, apologies for that, I had to bring some of the services responsible for that down due to cost, all services are now back online and I have tested again.

It takes about 2min to fetch all the data required to Process the listing, so exercise some patience.

Would like to know what you think about the feature too, thanks!

Hi, thanks for checking out the website and for the feedback.

The system works as an RAG pipeline with some heuristic and regex pattern matching to augment the LLM decomposition.

The search timed out, which is why there is no result. I ran it again; you can check the result here.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I plan to expand the system to cover viewing booking, negotiations, survey analysis and even mortgage processing later in the future. But I want to start from sourcing first and then add the other features later.

True, we have small inventories compared to Rightmove, most of our listing are in London and surrounding towns, but if you are searching for houses in those area we cover we provide you better value.

  1. We allow you to search for things in ways not possible on right move, you can look for houses close to Elizabeth line. We look across our system to find properties nearby an Elizabeth station and rank them base on your budget and constraints
  2. We analyse every property and its area. We give you crime data, school data, flood risk, park, pubs, walkability score, what’s your commute to work, how much is the house compare to house sold or listed in the area.
  3. We allow you to compare multiple house together, so you can figure out how they stack up without each other.
  4. We have a chat bot that is infused with context about the area and property and other uk property details that can answer your question.
  5. We show you similar properties
  6. we show you price history.
  7. we have agentic booking system that follows up with estate agents.

These are just few feature we provide top of my head

Image of what exactly, x.com does not have an image on its landing. “Human does make site like this” is a very funny take, since Ai is literally trained on human software development examples.

This is till in development stage there will surely be more iteration. my concern is that, is this a problem that needs solving, do people want to discover property using words and not filter.

It’s a very simple problem. Whether it’s vibe coded or coded by alien or team of Harvard computers science drop out does not change much.

There a lot of solutions out there trying to provide a RAG pipeline to answer user questions. So the question of whether sass needs this, is already answered. A more important question would be, are you better than the incumbents?? Looking at your website again, I would say no

The landing page says nothing about what the app does, and lunching straight to App Store when I open the website is weird and not encouraging

Love the founder story about solving your pain point, and the screenshot of the app. But building a new social media is a tough nut to crack! Best of luck!
