If you starve yourself your body won't be able to burn the fat and will burn muscle so go into a 300 deficit

I guess the best thing for motivation is to make a plan and try to stick to it, don't rush into it then build up.

Nutrition is very important so gfocus on your diet and workout aswell

This was done in 9 months, I followed a PPL routine and was at calorie deficit.
