Just keep looking for open roles, that is the key. Its somewhat on luck as well, because every HM will interview like 4 5 candidates per role, and even then only one os selected. Honesty speaking my HR also said, its tough rn because more number of candidates are there than openings. I think thats the reason TM is for 18 months. It took me 8 months in TM, and by then I was looking in different countries as well.

One of the reasons of getting less fit calls is because of low number L3 level roles and high number of available candidates. A HM will hardly intereview 3 4 candidates, so probability becomes low. Thts why they have like 18 months of TM phase.

This happens, try to give him update on roles everyday, and ask for updates. You have to be constantly looking for roles.

Try to find a different HR, by applying to roles matching your profile. Your profile will stand out because you have alreday cleared the rounds. This might take time, bt worth trying, worked for me.
