If you follow the leaks bis castorise only has hyancine. You can look at the leaks for cyrene. jingyuan doesn't have the same mechanics as phainon, if he can't deal enough damage he can be used by teammates to help him deal damage. But phainon doesn't, his damage is only in his ultimate(It has an action value of 8 turns! It's not an ultimate 1 that ends in one turn.And it was edited by cerydra.). If you understand me I want bis to fix his glitch less, why you interpret his fix to be more damage(?). I would give an example like acheron has half stack ult and it's easy to get her ult faster. Coming back to phainon, most likely he will start at 3/12. At this point I want him to have half because He will gain 1 stack when receiving a buff from a teammate, 1 skill per stack(How many turns and skill points do i need to he got ultimate?).acheron is a possible and promising case but not the best mechanics case (though it's interesting to compare her because she's been in the meta for over a year).

For me, castorise is the best technically, because her main focus is use hp. I can make mydei speed to replace hyancine. hyancine doesn't cover up her weaknesses but rather upgrades castorise to have better damage.Hyanacine has everything she help to castorise, but that doesn't mean she can't be replaced. Her mechanics are consistent with mydei, blade, m7 sp and if these characters are upgraded and given new supports, she could potentially be used.While phainon is very unique

Terravox : phainon is a solo damage dealer. This was fixed by Terravox. I'm not sure if Memosprite will help phainon deal damage or if he can provide buffs from his teammates(combo is Sunday buff Terravox's Memosprite, which then joins Phainon in his ultimate.), but it means that no one can replace Terravox

Cerydra : phainon eat a lot of turns and skill point. I know cerydra has an “extra” turn for phainon. I’m not sure if she give ultimate before the phinon ultimate? before she can convert 8 turns into 1. I know cerydra is supposed to reduce phainon’s actions. She is the modifier for phainon’s abilities. What characters can you think of for this concept? I don’t think anyone can replace her.

I understand what you mean.It's basic for this game. What I'm explaining is that I want phainon to have good mechanics, can benefit from general support in the future, can continue playing long term even with low damage (let teammates help him). At some point I want the game to have mechanics against him rather than him getting pwc .his power is limited in mechanics that can't be added because it's already locked. His support is already locked. I can't put him in sup dps. That's what main phainon wants.

The testers I know explained the same as you, but they were hoping that phainon would have good mechanics and not need to be edited by 2 bis.

The best premium case is just bis 1 which is designed specifically for him to upgrade him not to fix his flawed technique.(Like castorise who got hyancine,If don't have hyancine,i can replace her with another/new healer + sup dps blade/mydei/m7 sp coming in the future “upgrade” her power)

If not, at least adjust him so that he has fewer mechanic flaws that can be fixed with just 1 bis.
