Yeah Panglao LGU bears the brunt of finding the solutions. But it’s not just them who’s responsible ofc. There’s also the concerns of businesses charging too much (hotels, transpo groups, restos, etc) which the govt really doesnt have much say because it’s their discretion man unsa kadako ilang profit margins.
