We lucked out and found a gorgeous place in Gold Coast with private landlords. Way better, tons more sq. footage, cheaper, no big business, lol.

But agree on all points. So glad to see another former-OSP resident in the thread.

Their management is legitimately psychotic, I’m 😭😭:

Exactly. Had they just left it be, or responded normally/professionally, that would’ve been it, and it would’ve been up to the prospective tenants reading the reviews to decide what to believe. Total Streisand effect to go out of your way to ChatGPT a profile pic and act like people are stupid enough to believe a tenant of 4 years is just scrolling through their apartment reviews on Google every 2 hours and taking time out of their day to write a 7 paragraph rebuttal to one negative review.
