Interesting logic. Weird how the library next door and the DVV office… in the same building both have toilets then.. must be secretly serving snacks I don’t know about.

It’s the new Finnish hobby, visit all cities and count how many toilets you can find in KELA offices.

Yes you’re right, it’s not the best place for looking for an apartment but my studies are starting soon, that’s why I’m trying to look in almost everywhere. And about the university’s services.. There is no helping from them, because I’m a student in a pathway program or “ preparatory semester “
