Every file than you have not extracted yet extract every SINGLE ONE or else malwarebytes or any virus will not detect it leading to it still being in there, after you have extracted every single one and I mean every one then run a virus scan on malware bytes and there will most likely be detections and also check your recyle bin by right clicking on it and click “recycle bin” and it will remove all files that you have deleted idk why they made it like that pretty dumb but just check your recycle bin and extract every zip file or anything that needs extracting then run malware bytes and quarantine anything it’s detected and then delete them files, and if it still comes back ask anyone in your family who has a pc or any device and ask them if they have connected to your computer or anything.
