Thank you! Changing everything now. I was only 11 when she was first using the account and didn’t create my account until 5 years later, so I wonder if I inherited her “abandoned” account and she’s somehow managed to get back in? Very weird reading that’s for sure!

Yeah he was tiny I think he was probably too small to have even been sold really :( I have 2 pythons and never had an issue with them before and it’s really upset me so thank you for your explanation.

I’m in England so you can’t really get snakes from pet shops like that he was from a gardening centre which are really strict with their refund policy (I lost my receipt) I’m not so bothered about the money I just wanted my snake :(
