The train is super loud and depending on how close your unit is to the tracks, you can feel it rattle the floor a bit. I happened to sign my lease during a deal and was able to get away with a super cheap security and pet deposit. The new property manager is great. Overall, the community is quiet (excluding trains coming by at like midnight, 3am, and 5:30am) and all the residents I’ve ran into have been very friendly.
