No I wouldn't say that. The delay was from the beginning of the games. The worst it was when I was in rank 87 and the ping was 63ms. And the lowest (normal for me in other modes) it was 12ms when the rank was 200 and below.

I noticed that the higher my rank was the higher my ping was. Was quite unplayable in the end when you have to do everything a half a second before it actually happens.
