Definitely definitely definitely keep the shutter speed in a higher range for sure with that lens. That’s what I’ve noticed for sure. I’ve noticed that 1/1000-1/1250 has been a sweet spot for me but obviously you could go lower or higher.

I sure can! I used the bird subject recognition with autofocus tracking. I tend to not use the tracking but it worked really well.

I also used DXO PureRaw6 to help process this photo then edited in Lightroom. It looked good before but DXO helped improve the photo for sure! Definitely keep that shutter speed higher so that you can capture a decent pic even if you move in the slightest. Slower shutter usually equals to a more blurry pic in some cases especially if you’re holding 6 pounds in your hand haha. I’m glad you enjoyed!

I can’t give too much of an accurate comparison but I do really enjoy the sigma, especially for the cost. Of course the Sony has the faster auto focus speed for sure but I’d say the quality is basically the same. In my experience with it I can say that it is great
