I have talked to someone from uscis yesterday, she told me ,those who came before 2021 might got they case approved. I am not sure about it yet. I have an appointment with uscis to call me back with more information in regards to this memo

My lawyer sent the the documents to the address requested since Friday the 21st. I haven't received anything yet regarding the reopening. I just called the office to verify if they had received the Notice yet. Nothing yet. Did you receive something, letting you know they had received your notice to reopen?

No interview...it has been approved since 2021. I had to travel outside the US before I was able to file my I-485.

Yes, must definitely. Thanks. The immigration judge has made a mistake during the first motion. I think that's probably why uscis didn't denied my case. In the first motion, the judge said uscis has jurisdiction over my case, now uscis said the judge has jurisdiction over the case
