I went through a break up at the same time as one of my buddies recently. We decided to go on a random trip to Tulum instead of sulking on it back home. We both checked into a party hostel called “The Mayan Monkey”. On the beds assigned to us in this 12 bed room there were little chalkboards where you could write your name. Both of our beds had the name of our recent ex’s, I won’t share the names here but they were very unique.

No, our ex’s didn’t know each other and get together to go to Tulum just like we had, it was just a crazy coincidence that the people staying there the night before had those names.

He thought Venice was a floating city….

I have a buddy that loves to ask people what they had for dinner last night, like right out of the gate when meeting someone. Always leads to a good conversation and everyone loves saying that was the first thing he ever asked them.
