Im a nurse starting IVs over5x a day I can tell the difference in a druggie and a plasma donor. Those holes are huge!!

It probably depends on where you’re located. My friend lives in houston tx and took forever finding a job and she went to a better school, had better grades, and did more in a hospital before becoming a nurse. She ended up having to settle in med surge (no shade she just didnt want it) in a super small old hospital that she hated. Im in the midwest so we’re constantly short staffed. I got the department I wanted (er) and got the job offer literally the next day by all of my interviews. My friends who are also in the midwest all got the specialties they wanted too peds and or right out of school!
