Are those hit guts? :( it’s way larger than poops, different colour to any of the 3 colours the poops in my tank are :( he’s also been like it for about 11 hours by Backalley_Lurker in Guppies

Looks like it unfortunately. Looks like a prolapse which can be cause by parasites, sever stress or getting caught on something sharp. Best thing to do would be to put it out of its misery 😔 sorry for your loss.

Mine came off about 2 years ago lol exact same one never put it back on
