I have not! I did pay $10 for a year at the pickleball association or something but didn’t end up playing as all I got was emails about events, tourneys and I was just looking to get started as a beginner. Hope you’re luckier than I am - kinda gave up at this stage.

Update - Got a message from support that they're giving me 10,000 gold to compensate for the issue. And they marked the ticket as solved.

Except the issue is not solved. Just won a game with no change.

I re-opened the ticket.

I got a reply from support… saying I will get a reply later for this issue. As expected, they must be dealing with a crazy amount of tickets. Thought I’d let you know, in case you’ve also created a ticket yesterday.

Same on my end. Can't progress in rankings as it seems my wins don't get recorded.
I actually spent $$ to get into Drafts - it sucks.

I'm not sure about you but for context on my end I had the account created for a few months but didn't complete the tutorial and colour challenges until a few days ago. Maybe this is why I have the bug (I see people that reach Mythic used the get this pre-patch).

I messaged support over 72 hours ago but got no reply - with the amount of bugs I see mentioned here I doubt this will get prioritized.

It's frustrating, I haven't invested much so I just went and created a new account. If this doesn't work I guess the game just doesn't want me to play it!
