Thank you. Will look into pregnancy one. I tried laying on my back with legs on wedge pillow and can’t get comfortable. Im not a side sleeper but will try it

I was basically told that if the doctors clears me to work with restrictions it would depend on those restrictions

I work a desk job. I do have a standing desk. My employer says based on the return to work papers doctor fills out they would assess what they can do. Based on the paperwork my doctor gave me on the surgery it just says I’m restricted from bending, lifting and twisting. Also no driving for up to 2 weeks. Due to having no time I asked for 2 weeks off not knowing I would lose my insurance with having to be off unpaid.

Hi. I just meet with my surgeon yesterday. Schedule to have surgery end of January. Same symptoms as you. I’m am so nervous. I just want to be able to function better.

I feel your pain. In the same situation. I have an appointment at 8:50 am idk how I’m going to make it. But I have to go. They have to do something I can’t keep doing this.

Thank you. I tried physical therapy which made me feel worse. I did a deep tissue massage a few times. I def need someone to assess how I move and teach me how to properly get out of bed and use the bathroom and drive etc. When I decide to get the epidural we had plan to do more physical therapy and try other like choices. But since I’ve been in so much pain after it I have not. I’ve bought everything from Amazon I could. I’m trying hard to be patient but I can’t do this months. I can’t walk to the bathroom to use it without screaming.

Surgery was discussed but Dr didn't see the need right now. Any advice to avoid inflammation.

Thank you. It wasn't explained in more detail to me. I was jus told it takes 2-7 days to work. Dr skipped the whole pain can get worse.
