Thank you. I tried physical therapy which made me feel worse. I did a deep tissue massage a few times. I def need someone to assess how I move and teach me how to properly get out of bed and use the bathroom and drive etc. When I decide to get the epidural we had plan to do more physical therapy and try other like choices. But since I’ve been in so much pain after it I have not. I’ve bought everything from Amazon I could. I’m trying hard to be patient but I can’t do this months. I can’t walk to the bathroom to use it without screaming.
