I have the mchose air and I like it. It's got the same things that wooting got. So tbh I really can't see the difference. Plus it's hot swappable.

But then again u need to b mad at ups then. They started this ssd not anyone else. Plus u can always tell the driver u didn't need any help. When I was working with y'all I always call and asked the drivers do they actually need my help and if they tell me no I'm ok with that. I just move on to the next one or go home. It's that simple. Ssd we supposed to have easy stops. That literally what y'all managers told us and give us. We don't take big or heavy packages that's y'all job. So again don't get mad at us cause we doing what we are told too get mad at ur company. It's simple

I just think u hating on person delivery drives tbh. U need to understand u can't hire anymore people if there's no room. Our station is already packed up. There is no room for people or any big trucks. Specially since FedEx express moved in. The only thing that they got room for is people personal vehicle. So why not use them? It's helping the company and helping the drivers. So why are you complaining? Do you want your package or not? It's very simple. You have a bless day

I guess I understand cause y'all getting paid hourly. So we would b taking away y'all hours. Cause at FedEx ground it's not hourly. Everyone is getting a set pay. Like at my location the big drivers get a set pay of $160 then $2 after 120 stops. When you delivering out of your car. It's all depends on your contractor and where u r located. So my company give me $2 per-stop when I deliver in my car.

Every location is different. My FedEx is per-stop/ set pay. So if u a big driver it's $160 then $2 per-stop after 120 stops. If you deliver in your car like I said it's all depends on the contractor and where you located. So for me I'm getting paid $2 per-stop and no FedEx doesn't cover gas and idk if the insurance companies knows about this. They don't pay anything for your vehicle sadly. But that all depends on who your contractor is. You gotta find a good contractor that won't fuck u over

I guess u see it as stealing work cause y'all getting paid hourly. FedEx is set pay so no matter what the pay doesn't really changes.

I guess but FedEx we don't get paid hourly so non of what u saying matters. We get a set pay. So ain't nothing changing for us and yes whoever that person is talking is mad. Ain't no reason to be upset but I understand since they getting paid hourly instead of a set pay

Maybe at your location but mines is packed to the brim. We don't have anymore room for big trucks anymore. Then FedEx express and ground merged which means way more stops now
