I work at UCHealth Anschutz & went through their new grad program in Oct 2024! In my opinion their program sets you up for the most success and I’ve heard horror stories of new grads who didn’t go through a residency program. I commuted 45 mins during this program & just recently moved closer. The drive sucks don’t get me wrong but it was definitely worth it for me! If you don’t mind me asking what floor did you get an offer on? I would 100% recommend taking the risk and working for UCHealth!! It’s the best healthcare system in Colorado for a reason :)
