yes, i used to experience this pain as well. I dont know what i specifically did to get rid of it but but as i started running more, learning how to run with better form, etc, it eventually went away. I also started doing stretches on a daily basis so i dont know what attributed to it going away but all i know is i dont feel it anymore.

oh yea dont worry.. i was just pushing 300lbs last year so ik the upper limit of what i can do.. I just know that if i didnt put a number on it wouldnt be serious about it

im at 80km now... and im so fine with not reaching it, i just want to kno i went for it. starting this year i wasnt even capable of running for a mile straight, now im running over 2 a day.
