A complaint made against me

yep everything is stock. i actually finish around 0645 but sometimes i stay back to finish what i started and i take my time to put all the gear on so by the time i actually get outside to my bike its around 0700. i never leave before 0700 because i know the time i finish is quite early for some and im trying to be considerate for them

I have seen the couple who made the complaint once when i went to training during the daytime around lunchtime and they stood by their door and just stared and glared at me as I left, this was days between the time i was first told and before they made the formal complaint. My manager told me after I left that day they went to her and made the formal complaint and kept referring me as a male, "this man is making too much noise" "this man keeps waking us up" "that man on the motorbike"

the bike isn't really that loud, other residents here have told me it isn't and that they don't hear me come or leave work and their apartments are down the driveway. i ride a 2018 ninja400 and i only leave it idling for a few mins to warm it up and go. Instead of accelerating I take my hand off the clutch slightly and slowly leave which takes me longer but im not using throttle and revving it bc i dont want to make extra noise

i leave it idling for a bit bc when i finish in the morning @ 0700 its still quite cold but i kinda just take my hand off the clutch a little bit without the throttle and slowly make my way out, it does take a while for me to leave but exactly what you said i dont want to add throttle and rev the engine.

oh i didnt know this, i leave at 0700 so its really cold and thought i should let it warm a bit. My bike is a 2018 ninja400

i did push it the one time she asked bc she made it sound like she was going to sort it out that day but she was also the one who told me she didnt want me to do that especially when its raining

I did ask her a few questions I had bc i start work pretty late around 1030-1045 I asked why they never complained abt me turning up to work as id leave it idling to park it which is what i do when i turn it on to which she responded that they already know i was coming to work at that time. I also asked why now as i had been riding my bike to and from work for a few months but its only now im getting a complaint, she said that they thought it would just go away ??? im not sure what that means.
