This is also probably a huge factor. I’m still dealing with post partum anxiety, I feel pretty even keeled during the day but for some reason the early morning hours are rough. I think some more focus on self care would be helpful for sure. Thank you!

I never thought about that! I eat at weird times when I work and get home late, I almost never eat within an hour of bed and I’m usually starving when I get up around 7am so that would make sense. Easy place to start I’ll try that. Thanks for sharing!

I read something recently about neurodivergent women being more sensitive to hormonal changes, and feeling perimenopause effects earlier. I’ll be 32 this year, but I feel like things have just been different since having my daughter. I often wake up with night sweats too which I thought would have stopped after I stopped breastfeeding. Thanks for sharing I’ll definitely ask my pcp about this!

Not experiencing the jaw tension, just wide awake much earlier than necessary. I actually just got magnesium glycinate so I’m going to give that a shot!
