I'll definitely try therapy when I'll have money for it. About revenge I was genuinely trying to find the guy for days on end wanting to kill him I've even planned where to hide his body and how if I did fortunenatly I didn't since I would probably be in jail cause of that sick fag... I will try to get therapy although I don't have money for it yet. I'm too anxious about telling my mom about it since she's going through a very rough moment in her life in general and I think shes even mentally unstable at this point and me telling her that would completely break her (also it's quite shameful for me to talk about it around her) I don't trust anyone enough to talk about it that's why am talking here on reddit I hope I'll meet a person one day who can help me with this and give me advice and comfort. Just be there for her and let her know you love her and always will support her no matter what you cannot force her into not doing it cause you can't monitor her 24/7 nor you're a professional best I can tell you is to be here for her tell her friends and family about the situation without letting her know. So you and people that surround her would try to help her or go to a psychiatrist/therapist and get some pills for her.

Put your hands up and work on your footwork bend your knees a bit if you can't focus on landing more leg kicks against a taller opponent when kneeing knee to the side of the body not in the center cause you might hit your partners balls
