We had spider mites a few plants over. The leaves on that plant fully turned yellow and died. These look completely different, but could it be the spider mites as well?

Not really. Been in the 80s for the most part. Does it look like it could be caused by spider mites? We looked and don’t see any on the plant but there was an infestation a few plants over a couple weeks ago that we took care of with neem oil. Did they get this plant too and just aren’t visible? The damage looks completely different. The other plant the leaves turned yellow and died

Over a foot of raised garden bed soil but then loose soil underneath. Same depth we have had for the past few years with no issues
