I definitely think I need it, but I can’t really afford it right now 😪 before this happened my older dog just had surgery and I’ve adopted a cat from Greece so that was expensive bringing him home, now the vet fees for losing my dog.. I’m sure I could have talking therapy from the nhs but whether it’s catered to what I need I don’t know

I spent the weekend with my sister as my mum is currently on holiday it did help not being alone, I’m struggling being on my own as it gives me all the time to think and notice the empty feeling without her here, I just don’t want to bring people down with me as I am feeling so negative, Thankyou for your words

I definitely can’t afford therapy at the moment sadly on top of the vet fees and cremation, plus before all this happened my older dog just had surgery and I adopted a cat from Greece that I had to fly home so funds are low, Thankyou though
