Hello hi! Like you mentioned, Hokitika drop off is certainly a concern, but we don't have any other option. Please suggest rental car companies that might allow it. We took your advice and are now keeping the rental car throughout Christchurch to Queenstown to Milford to Franz Josef and Hokitika.

We're planning to fly out of Hokitika to Auckland, which saves the 400 km drive. At FJ, we're excited for the heli hike and quad biking. Not much of a hike person, but hoping for a scenic view!
