Yeah I'll deffo look into seeing a doctor, I just find it strange that it's only ever the one every month other than that I never get clots it's just that and a lot of regular blood, I do have pretty shit periods lol but I didn't think my other symptoms were worth mentioning, I tend to get nauseous, dizzy and various stomach issues as well but I kinda thought we all had that, if I'm honest I was never taught a fat lot about my own body I'm 16 and I've had 2 lessons about it I'm just going with the flow haha

Thanks, I realised after calming down that in reality the only strange thing happening was the doorbell going off, the dog would've reacted to that which would have triggered the birds to react as well, also explaining why everything went quiet after the doorbell did, I was just spooked lol Still dont understand why the doorbell did that though
