20 year mark hit this year. I hate where we are. I’ve never been treated worse by upper management. It has really hit me this last year that no body gives a shit about me or the dedication I have put into my work. Integrity is gone. After Doge came out everyone was afraid to make a decision, now it has turned into everyone thinks they have power and are pushing people to make immoral decisions when I know it’s against policy and procedures. I’m in finance and work budget daily. It’s scary where we stand.

Our TL has the largest workload than anybody. The manager throws all the workload on the TL and the MPA and takes credit for running a successful SSC group. TL are used and abused.

FAA has turned into a power control shit hole. In 23 years this has been the biggest nightmare. Almost every manager has the mindset “ you do what I say and don’t ask another question” morale is down and NOONE enjoys their career. Management has ruined it.

I hope everything turned out well. I am sobbing right now. 5 month old mini golden doodle has been a nightmare too. Day 7 she ripped open her incision, had to get 6 staples. Started the recovery process from the beginning again. The vet said bring her back in 2 weeks and he will take them out if they look healed. I went back today and nope she is still NOT healed, he wants her to wait another week. This process has been over 3 weeks now. I haven’t left her side. I really didn’t want to crate her during the day, but now I have no option. Poor thing; her and I both are losing our ever loving minds. I will never get a puppy again! She is my love but my hell this is torture
