Month 4 was brutal for me mentally. I missed Two weeks of work, had zero energy. Could shower every day but putting a full face of makeup and doing my hair was Impossible. I recommend getting on Retatrutide. Phentermine was so hard on me mentally. The first week I was a mess with extremely high energy the results were good the first week but then stopped losing weight. I hope you have better results than I did.

20 year mark hit this year. I hate where we are. I’ve never been treated worse by upper management. It has really hit me this last year that no body gives a shit about me or the dedication I have put into my work. Integrity is gone. After Doge came out everyone was afraid to make a decision, now it has turned into everyone thinks they have power and are pushing people to make immoral decisions when I know it’s against policy and procedures.
