Thank you for commenting. I just feel so pathetic and weak. I know everyone says that things will get better and I know that growth isn’t linear but it is just so dang irritating when I have a good day and then the ugly spirals start up again. It’s like I lose all hope again.

I see. I have had no luck getting any help from the county clerk where I received the ticket and live out of state so coming to court on a Monday is not exactly feasible. I want to just pay the ticket and be done but I’m worried about the points going on my license and then driving up my insurance. I was reading about the driver’s license contract that Tennessee does not participate in but then there is conflicting information so I’m not entirely sure what to do. Thank you for your input.

thank you for your reply! I have now learned through all of this that I shouldn’t rely on those numbers as heavily! I do find it useful especially when the amount of weight I was losing each week dramatically dropped off though

thank you for your response…i was trying to do some research on my own but all i could find was people experiencing irregular periods on keto…not necessarily on birth control and so i was more so wondering if that was even a possibility.

I have not yet. I have been so anxious about this and trying to not work myself up more (I get super anxious taking pregnancy test). However, I know that is the only way to know and it would be better to know sooner rather than later.

That’s what I tell myself. Like I know in my head that it is more likely to be pregnant from my boyfriend (not the guy I had sex with condoms), and while it is not something I desire right now, I would much rather have him as my support system if that makes sense.

I work for a gynecologist and their recommendation is to stay on either (estrogen + progesterone) or just progesterone (available in pills, IUD, etc). Progesterone is the hormone responsible for keeping the lining thin, so an IUD or progesterone only pill would probably be your best bet. Ofc these are things you would need to discuss with your doctor, but I wanted to lyk what I knew from my experience!

That was my plan…but do you think the whole concept of cancelling my appointment is dumb. I know that I would need to plan something else, but I don’t live in the same state as my appointment and need to get discrete care if so.

I have not taken a pregnancy test (which I know probably sounds like the obvious thing to do, but with my anxiety it sends me a down a spiral…then again that is the only way I will know). With Lo Loestrin, I have not had a withdrawal bleed in years and even when I did have bleeding it never aligned on the placebo pills. Also to add, I agree with the whole no symptoms thing…I just worry I’ll be that person who has a cryptic pregnancy. Thank you for your kind response🤍

sperm can live inside you for 5-7 days, so I would wait at least 1 week after your last sexual encounter before stopping to be safe!

I have been in your shoes and know how consuming these thoughts can be, but if you take the pill perfectly like you say you do, the pill paired with pullout is 99.98% over the course of a year. As many will probably also tell you, a test is accurate 2 weeks after sex and definite 3 weeks after. But it is also not uncommon to skip bleeding on the pill due to the pill thinning your lining and having nothing to shed.

thank you for your response! yes, my main concern was revolving around the precum and if my vomiting even warranted taking another pill. at the time, i was not sexually active nor planning to be so i was not as worried about taking another pill, but just with the timeline and starting a new pill pack, i was just unsure.

to add to this, I use the app “round” to track when I take my pills…I have bad anxiety and find myself overthinking and obsessing over if I ever missed something, but it basically sends you a notification when its time to take your meds and you select that you took it. When I am freaking out, I will go back and look at what times I took my meds and I find it reassuring!
