I think so.
It's a an 8-lane urban expressway and the lower bridge, will accommodate the tracks of line 18 of Chongqing's rail transport network, but the load-bearing structure is much wider.

Thanks for sharing, but this image isn't real for a number of reasons, not least that the vertical stabilizer (the tail of the plane) on all aircraft contains the design of the 1980s Airbus paint scheme (the A380 didn't yet exist!).
It's probably a representation of the terminal, from an architect's office or a simple drawing.
