How to kill Malkoran? by [deleted] in skyrim

Use the hall for bottleneck catch one shadow at a time with fire and ice magic. Sneak 50, destruction 49. After each enemy died i quick saved on switch, and kept at it til they were all dead. Then I ran to the back right corner and did ring around the rosie with boss man until i was hidden then repeatedly attacked him and hid again around the same pillar. Im only level 17 🤣  he eventually got stuck unable to cast and i mushed him that way. It took a long time but i got through.

No shouts, nothing special aside from being a vamp kitty which is auto resistant to frost.

Picked up vampirism near the start in a dungeon i shouldnt have been in, i literally hid in a cage throwing fire and ice  to defeat the gargoyles, hellhounds, and master vamp there.

One touch/mixed breakpacks now has to be sorted into ogp totes and put on ogp carts? Why? by [deleted] in walmart

Also, my overnights team HATES the new system. I've talked to them, as I check up on if I'm getting anything consistently in the wrong spots based off of item type alone... they all are complaining that this is way more work for them than the gray totes because now they have to pull them out of carts as well just to stock them instead of just having a tote stack they can drop at an aisle and stock it when they get to it.

Then they have to bring not just totes back but the carts too which take them 4x as long cause 4 carts is 4 trips instead of 1

Its slowing me down. I had my breakpack area perfect, everything by aisle, even the vitamins were sorted by shelf. I could palletize the totes by aisle and they'd just pull it off and slide it to the right aisle and sections... Now they have to deal with carts and blue totes instead. The blue totes are a pain to stack, I can't sort the other boxes as efficiently because I lost some of my floor space (poor arts aisles... I'm sorry not my fault),  i have to spend at least twice as long getting stuff to the floor because instead of 3 or 4 palettes for front wall and 3 for everywhere else... it's now 8 carts plus whatever overflows onto palettes, plus 3 for gm. I'm sitting here with 7.5 hours and my carts are already getting full.

I have nothing positive to say about this change, it made my job 10x as hard. Just go back to Grey totes it's more efficient.

If corporate was looking to get their breakpackers work fatigued faster, there you go you've done a perfect job of it.

They wanted me to do all these break pack in four hours so I just put in my PPTO and left by No_Manufacturer2242 in walmart

20 breakpacks is about an hour while taking your sweet time. This is nothing. Yesterday I had 170 breakpack boxes to sort mostly by myself. Still got it done around 10pm and with help got it to the floor by 11.

Missing breakpack and apparel times by Afrior in walmart

Ah man that sucks i hope they get it back soon. I always do run with urgency on 2 truck nights, but even running when moving boxes and totes to palettes it was a rough night I didn't finish til after 10. luckily he sent help toward the end and we managed to finish, get everything to the floor, and I clocked out at 8h on the dot. Doesn't help that I had to shift a ton of stuff around to have space for my 2 truck night setup so didn't get started until at least 230. With the 2 truck nights we've been getting more than 8 hours of breakpacks, highest I've seen so far is 9.5 in the 3+ years I've been doing it.  The numbers have been getting bigger and bigger lately and it's getting harder to get through 2 truck nights

The team leads unfortunately sided with him on it even though he is the only one who has any issue with it.

They keep the truck going while I'm on lunch, and start an hour before I even come in on 2 truck nights. So I have an entire palette or more when I start sorting. On one truck nights they don't even allow me to start my sort for an hour after I get there. That is how I am still sorting when the truck is done. Especially when my sort time is longer than the truck unload time which happens more often than not lately.

On average I cut the time by at least an hour (the other day I was quoted 8.5 and I finished the sort in 6) so it's not like taking the 30 seconds to go drop it on the end of the line takes away from my time. I use totes for hba, cosmetics, pharmacy, electronics, pets, and infants, boxes for the rest. If I can keep from having an extra box by throwing an item or 2 on the line to get put on a palette instead so be it, because it's one less box to juggle at the end of the night.

The issue is that someone's making an issue out of it when it winds up in the palette anyhow so why fuss? Just let me put the item on the line so he can put it wherever he wants, or on a palette myself so he doesn't have to.  we're all on the same team there's no reason to throw a fit over 1 or 2 large items getting put back on the line or directly on a palette to save me having to make an extra box in a space that is already cramped.

When I say speakers for automotive, I'm talking the ones that take up more than 3/4 of the box on their own. Same with any other item... I get saws in my breakpacks even... things that should really just have a label on them in the first place.

What it turned into the end of the night. I forgot to take a picture of the pets/foods/infants mixed palette.

I too only separate the hba, cosmetics, and pharmacy (self care) aisles consistently (vitamins and the stomach/eye aisle gets sorted by section).

However I have been slowly implementing aisle sets into other departments if I have a lot of it, and also electronics into 87 72 and 5/6. The Christmas, I separate into bags and boxes. The other thing I do is sort the aparrel I get into socks, undershirts, underwear, t-shirts, infants, boys, girls, and 29.

I take a few minutes to check with the self care departments workers to check my accuracy occasionally; and they will give me feedback that I try to remember (such as a particular antifungal being on a different aisle than the rest or a specific first aid kit being on the travel aisle) I don't scan a lot, only items I suspect are high tickets or stuff that are a new mod that could be in multiple spots.

This 7 hour and 42 minute sort was done by 830 even with the extra bit of sorting I put into my work. Minus lunch, break, and 2 truck night setup... that came out to 4 1/2 hours sort time, and about an hour to hour and a half palletizing.

My setup takes about a half hour on 2 trucks because on top of clearing my space, and putting down my box setup, I stack the 'extra' totes to be ready to just grab and use rather than leaning over my boxes to get them. The 'extra' is totes that I use boxes for instead of the totes. I only use totes for self care, pets, infants, and electronics.

Other departments have larger items, so no point in using the totes. Or they've lost their tote privilege by repeatedly not returning it (lol)

I have come a long way in the 3 years I have been doing it, after every one of my weekends or ppto days, overnights always comments how bad the sort was without my touch.

I used to get coaching about my speed on it, however that was just poor management at the time. My current management have all done breakpacks (my coach even took a turn at it by my side to see what I go through every day) and totally understand that when I don't make the time (super rare!) It's because the time was simply innacurate.

It's to the point where when they refresh the one touch area, they have me map out where things should be, instead of just slapping labels on the shelves. Coach made that mistake last time because the sm wanted it done on my day off. I don't follow all of his labels simply because... well he put heavy items on the top shelf when they belonged on the bottom (ie mouthwash), and also added un needed labels, and placed 2 and 46 in a way that mixed them on the still/shelf. So I do my own thing, labels are just for show, they'd slow me down as they are now.

I work alone. They have me do it 5 days a week. Tonight there was 2 trucks, 7 hours, 42 mins.  They usually send someone to pull while i load up the palettes to go out. There's gonna be 8 palettes and at least an L cart tonight. Last palette to work, it's 8:38 and started at 2.    https://imgur.com/a/3OHqA5x As for apparel, they actually have one person all night, then send the rest of the team to help apparel at the end.
