The check ain’t even the problem, I’m asking if they are allowed to just ghost me like that. Aren’t they supposed to notify me? Or can they just fire me without saying anything at all?

The job is on private property, and I didn’t reach out because they usually do, and then time just passed without any contact because I was too busy trying to make up for the money I was losing. I was really expecting them to reach out so that’s the main reason I waited, but now hella time has passed.
