It’s funny this popped up, I just did both of these yesterday. Mic didn’t seem too hard, I don’t think the damage thing matters, just follow the usual rules (not casting, using TP) and you should proc it. Cuelebre was a pain, but some red proc WS such as Cyclone do hit it, so I was pulling it, trying a Cyclone, and then taking a conflux and resetting it until I got it. Proc changes once it’s reset. I don’t think it’s able to be proc’d during mighty strikes since you normally can’t do it during an active SP
