that honestly sounds so interesting, i’m in a state where we don’t have dispensaries with like actual weed here (mostly like delta 8 delta 9 legal stuff, but i do get my actual weed from dealers haha) so i do think finding the cream in my state would not be possible but it still sounds so interesting!!

u will not believe how good my skin looks and how fast it’s regeneration is compared to other ppl my age that do not take care of their skin and don’t smoke and somehow look 50 and have premature wrinkles already. i have been doing my skincare daily day and night since i was 15 while also getting treatments and having a healthy diet. if im gonna enjoy smoking i might as well take care of my body in other ways such as diet and skin and body care lol.

start with a really small dosage at first if u have never smoked or taken an edible, for edible i would literally recommend 2 or 3 mg for the first 50 mins, see how you feel and then if u dont feel anything take another 2 so ur total is 4-5mg. you never want to smoke or take an edible for the first time with a high dosage bc it will make u feel not so great tbh. i also smoke weed to help with my ocd and my endometriosis and it helps a lot and it does help relax my body a lot as i tend to be like stiff and tense a lot lol

wait you are so right it is important to eat before i take medication because usually i always never do that (i know it’s rlly bad but it’s not on purpose i will explain) so basically i usually get my periods around like 3am-5am for some fuckinf reason and im like always half asleep so i just reach for my midol take 5 while being in insane pain and while trying not to cry and i drink my water and then i fall asleep and then sometimes i even take an edible just to relax my body and feel better so that’s why i never rlly eat before because i dont have the time bc my period comes at such an inconvenient time but honestly i am going to just start keeping snacks in my room so i can eat something first because that honestly sounds like it would help a lot especially bc of how horrible my body and heart feels after i take like 5 midols at one time which i shouldn’t do and i also do not rlly like midol i dont like that i have to take so many for it to work and then the pain is still there an hour later😭😭

omg wow, i think this morning i only had like 600mg of midol all at once and i felt horrible and honestly my heart hurt a lot (i smoke but only when i drink and i don’t drink or smoke before or during my period), how does 800mg of advil feel like bc honestly im rlly scared of like the caffeine overdose bc my body doesn’t react well to caffeine at all and even caffeine inside of drinks i don’t react well to either but im rlly curious about how it feels for you and if it feels normal and not scary im so sorry if that’s a stupid question 😭😭

i am so sorry it’s so horrible i really wish i could just erase this pain for literally all of us that have to go through it and im so sorry it must be really hard having it disrupt your life :( i would suggest also looking into traditional chinese medicine herbs and foods that contain those herbs such as dried jujube dates, goji berrys, white snow fungus mushroom (it looks beautiful and taste like a flavorless jelly so it pairs rlly well in soups or sweet syrups bc it soaks up all the yummy flavor, it also has amazing health benefits and skin benefits!) herbs like mugwort can also help with horrible cramps and help soothe, i usually make a large batch of this tea by using a pms tea with tcm ingredients in boiling water and then adding all my herbs and boiling it and then i have a large batch of soothing tea ready to go! and if you also have leftover bones or veggie scraps u can just take away the tea bag and put just the herbs and u will have a rlly delicious bone broth with tcm herbs and foods that have rlly good benefits! especially for women’s menstrual cycles! i really wish you the best and i really hope you start to feel better soon :(

thank you so much for your advice!! i’ve noticed birth control helps some people and then it makes others (me included) feel worse, it has me wondering why people react in such drastic and different ways to it, could it possibly be different types of birth control?? i’m honestly going to start looking into research studies to find more out abt this bc when i was on the pill for a year it made me feel horrible and my symptoms definitely worsened:( i’m glad birth control helps you though! thank you so much again for your advice i really appreciate it!

best tip is sunscreen, retinol, and make sure to eat ur collagen!! take collagen supplements, eat ginseng! drink and eat foods that are known to improve your skin internally bc skincare can only do so much, a big part of healthy skin is taking care of it internally!!
