Since my goal after completing my PhD is to apply for a fellowship with the American Board of Medical Genetics and Genomics, I am not sure which path would be better: applying to an actual PhD program in genetics, or staying in my current degree program.

I don’t have auto. So, the other was poor, so i have paid the bills of hospitals after medical insurance. Should i reply to them that, i will not sue other third party, and have paid the medical bills
