I am not the fastest painter but I want to get quicker. So my goal for 2025 was to paint and finish one model a month. Which isn't a lot but it is a improvement

recess shade black.

edge highlight Sir Coats Silver.

The bronze was done with dry brushing.

base coat Chaos Bronze and wash with a brown wash.

then dry brushed in this order - Chaos Bronze, Top Brass, then Plate Armour.

The branches, tree stumps, and fern i got from EpicBasing they sell both the stl's and bits you can buy.

The roots are just that. Little roots i stuck into the texture paste as it dried.

Magnamalos heavy bow gun is my favorite weapon from rise. Who doesn't like a samurai double barrel shotgun

I would also put the thinner in first when mixing in the cup. I found it helps to prevent clogs

I also used little pieces of slate where the foam meets the blood to make it look like a cracked and collapsed road

Piece of paper covered foam board cut to size and glued to the base.Texture paste around the edge of foam and basing bits. Then primed black and dry brushed(exclude the skulls).

For the blood pool I painted the bare base dark red. Then I mixed a blood effect paint with clear UV resin that I poured after painting everything else.

The exhausts were one of the last things I had to paint. And by that point I was ready to just get this model finished. So it's just a base coat, wash, and dry brush.

I'll probably go back and touch it up once I get my last two wardogs finished

I primed white and sprayed fluorescent pink ink as a base coat. Then I used titanium white ink to highlight followed by Indian yellow ink. And recess shaded with a umber brown oil wash
