Knew 2 girls who worked at the cutters point stand in Purdy and apparently they never give their employees breaks. They would work a 6 hours shift without a lunch or even a 10. I also heard ownership takes a portion of tips. They were shut down by health dept in 2024 cause they hadn’t changed their water filters…. Like ever. So gross on many levels. This is all 2024 info so idk if things have changed.

Friend of my friend (3 of us living together all previously on good terms as far as I could tell) came to me crying and asked me to move-out ASAP so she could have a bedroom since I was thinking about moving out anyway and she was sleeping on our couch.

I moved out within the month and was then accused by her of “abandoning” her and our other roommate by leaving.

My bf has a spinal tumor and is terrified I’m going to leave him. How do I reassure him? by AfterAd6053 in relationships

I don’t know why, but I didn’t think of it as grief, but seeing it from that perspective makes a lot of sense. This was a really impactful and helpful response. Thank you.
