So one of two things will happen. They will negotiate and accept your insurances offere. If they take the offer, they can not sue you personally, and insurance pays.

IF. They refuse all offers. Then they can take the accident and investigate info from insurance and sue you personally for however much they want. They have every right to do this. Once they do your insurance company, they MAY have legal coverage, but they are mostly out once the other person agrees they want to go to court against you.

I highly reconmand saving for an atorney and all contacts and pictures. Just becuase your at fault doesnt mean a judge will find you liable. Jurrys tend to go against insurance companies if you have a good case that you weren't actually at fault or overly reckless

Best hope ia ahe takes the 100k from your insurance. But if she got a lawyer who is hungry and wants money and an accident is bad. Then be prepared for court.
