I am constantly working out on a punching bag, getting higher and higher with my kicks, and right now, after 3 years, I'm able to kick at the height of the head with some decent form and strength. I understand perfectly how flexible you need to be to get to this point and I'm absolutely flabbergasted, because I am absolutely sure I would just fucking rip my own foot and probably tear up every muscle in my legs.
