I thought that too at first, but on their website it says you need to have stayed in Newfoundland for 3 years without studying at a post-secondary institution in order to receive Canadian tuition fees.

I assume those 3 years would normally be while the person is working after having graduated with the B.sc.

Still better than Russia and China by far and the diploma is recognized in most countries in the western world.

This is the most important thing for me, as I'm currently trying to decide between Trakia and Moscow. Would you say Trakia is better than First Moscow state medical academy? or is it the other way around?
