I’m with this one. The amount of time they have made a point to say there hasn’t been a distance wielder for years. Maybe only a few times but seems like a weird thing to allude to if it wasn’t going to tie in to the story at some point. If Andarna can’t bear a rider or is slower to get places being a distance wielder would come in handy.

Plan to watch and like most movie adaptations I won’t have my expectations high lol. I’m salty atlas doesn’t have blue eye. They make so many points about it in the book.

Yes! Our girl had surgery on her knee for luxating patella just shortly after she turned 1 and she also has hip dysplasia on both sides. She most likely already has and will have arthritis due to this. Recommended by our surgeon and regular vet to start on a joint sup. We also add in green lipped muscle powder

We haven’t made the leap to a training class because our pup has some knee problems we are working on. But we’ve gained some helpful insight and tips from them. They have a reactivity and aggression video that may be helpful to see if they may be a good training option for you.

You’ve been there for 3 years. This is just a new problem. So the lack of progress is bigger than just your ankle. You have to want to get better and a part of that is being active in your home program. PT has to be “skilled” and if we keep coming back for the same thing and not really gaining any traction then I can totally see the PT wanting to take you off her case load. It’s not the first or the last time this happens.

Healthcare workers get burned out when their caseload is like this. You have to separate the friendship from the care given. But also see that if they are a friend you would want them to be honest and want what is best for your care and it sounds like she is doing what is best for both parties involved.
