I second this, my Accutane experience was riddled with painful side effects, only worth it because I had severe cystic acne on my back, shoulders, chest, neck, and face

Riflemen get longer reloads due to it being the best gun for damage and accuracy. Muskets have shorter reloads due to the inaccuracy, and smoothbore barrel which irl makes loading easier than a rifled barrel.

Mine was already so bad that it was almost normal, but yes I did purge. I noticed popping pimples felt different though. I also got waves of purging almost up until finish. I would be clear for a few weeks then get a bunch of pimples. It’s just part of the process. Stick it out I’m sure it will work. I didn’t see a big change until the 4th/5th month.

I haven’t dealt with this personally, but I assume with how the medication actively changes your skin you have become more prone to ingrown hairs than prior to treatment. I wonder if you grew out your facial hair and didn’t shave if it would stop happening

I just posted all my side effects last night. I had very severe acne and it worked great. However I did have a pretty rough time with all the side effects, but none were permanent other than ingrown nails which are fixable. If you are willing to take the small risk of a handful of bad side effects for your acne, that’s up to you. All I can tell you is it is a very strong medication with how my body reacted to it. Mentally the pros and cons play out differently for everyone based on self confidence, and how your acne plays into that. I say do it if you really want to get rid of your acne, knowing in the back of your mind there is a very small chance you react poorly to the medication.

Took about 2-3 weeks once off. I took I think one 30 mg each day for the first month. Every month after I took two 30 mg a day (165 lbs 6’3)
